It was a great place to grow up. I have since moved on traveling across the United States.
During high school, they held national track events at the Rose Bowl which were exciting. Pasadena Rose Bowl also holds the infamous Flea Markets.
Pasadena has been a tourist magnet as far back as I can remember, as a warm winter haven.
The Tournament of Roses Parade is a spectacular event which is held every January 1, or 2 the streets are filled people who have traveled all over this fabulous event. Tickets, grand stand, seating, and hotel to motels are hare to come by, you have to reserve them far in advance.
